I bought the 9200 model after returning a lower model that was defective. That one would not turned off. The 9200 had just come out so I purchased that. It was difficult to install and leaked. The second plumber finally was able to stop the leak. A few (3 or 4) months later the filters started to leak. They sent new gaskets and continued to leak. After numerous calls for service and he talking to the plumber he recommended I send it back for repairs. I sent it with insurance and paid over 75 dollars to ship. It was returned saying there was nothing wrong with the machine it must be the filters so they sent new filters. It worked well for another few months and it is leaking again from inside the machine this time. This time they will send a label to send the machine back. I have requested my money returned so I can buy another type of product for the water processing. I am waiting to hear what "life time warrenty" means. I have suggested I may have gotten a lemon so just send another machine. Not possible. I have spent a large amount of money on plumbers and people to help me check the machine and help clean the water off the floors . My wood cabinets have a water marks and the wood floor have damage.
I believe in the concept of the machine and have liked how I feel when I drink the water when the machine has worked but it has not worked for 25-35% of the time I have had the machine and I have had it less than a year. There has to be a way to return a lemon and get a new machine. I will return it again and see how it will work when I get it back in a few weeks. meanwhile my RO can not be used so I will be on bottled water again. I would not buy this machine again until they have a better return policy or they have time to have a product that works.

When I first purchased my machine back in 2011, they were extremely helpful in both explaining the technical side as well as explaining the installation. It cost me $30 for a plumber to come over and hook it up because it was so simple - The only reason I could not do it myself is because I am nearing the age of 60 and my eye sight is bad.
I have called three times so far since my original purchase date in 2011, and every time they have been extremely helpful. The first call was for technical support, and a man named Ricky helped me. The second call was because I needed a little more information about ORP, and the third call was to order my replacement filter.
When I called the third time, one of the sales representatives explained to me that they were going through a process of training the technicians to be more aware of their customer service roles in helping unsatisfied customers.
I have had great health benefits and I highly recommend Life because of their advanced technology above any of the other alkaline water machines.

These days there are a billion different bottled water options on the shelves with fancy bottles, names and catchy summaries and I USED to buy them. But when you add up how much you are spending and how much you are throwing away, it really made sense to me to buy a point of use water filtration.
Saying all that, I still wanted the best water out there.
I heard about ionized water from one of my friends, but most seemed overpriced or really cheap chinese knockoffs. After some long nights reading as much as I could about the different models, I narrowed it down to Life Ionizers and one other. I found that Life Ionizers had been in business for a long time, they have so many model choices and they have extensive filtration. Plus they have a lifetime guarantee on their units. Can't beat that!
Spoke to a really helpful young lady over there who set me up with custom pre-filtration, some extra add ons and a fair price. The set up was super simple - Only took me about 5 minutes to connect to my sink. I did have to call about how to use the drops for testing and the technicians were super helpful.
Now I tell anyone who will listen about all the benefits of the alkaline water ionizer and how helpful the Life folks were.
My advice is to talk to their experts, as they seem to know exactly what they are doing and are very helpful.
